Studio Rules & Rental Agreement

Thank you for choosing our self-portrait studio! To ensure that you have an enjoyable and safe experience, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental time

Photoshoot time includes setup and break down times. Shooting time starts from the time you have booked, not from the moment you just entered the photo studio. Photo Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. We kindly ask that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior. Your session will end at the scheduled finish time.

2. Payment

In all cases, we require 100% prepayment for your session. This is mandatory for all bookings, including custom or special requests. Please note that any deposits or fees paid in advance are non-refundable, unless you notify us at more than 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours, the payment is non-refundable.

Additional Charges:

  • Any additional hours beyond the agreed booking period will be charged at our location. This will be calculated right after the photoshoot.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.

Methods of Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your booking via email or by calling us directly. We will promptly process your cancellation request upon receipt.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled date
  • No Refund: Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations eligible for a full refund will be processed back to the client's card within 4-7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your booking, please reply to the booking email or call us directly. We will promptly process your cancellation request and initiate the refund accordingly

Rescheduling:

  • Booking changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance and can be processed through the booking email.

Emergency Situations:

  • In case of unforeseen emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

4. No Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled booking. However, in the event of a "no show" (failure to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation), the following policy will apply:

  • Definition:
    • A "no show" is defined as a failure to arrive for your scheduled booking without prior notice of cancellation.
  • Charges:
    • If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking and do not cancel it in advance, you will be charged the full rental fee for the booked period.
  • Cancellation:
    • To avoid being charged for a "no show," please ensure you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your booking via email or by calling us directly.

5. Safety

Please be aware that our studio uses photography equipment and lighting that may pose potential hazards. We ask that you follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Please refrain from unplugging power cords from electrical outlets as it may result in potential malfunctions. Violations of this rule will incur penalties.

You are responsible for your own safety.

6. Conduct

We ask that you conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner while in our studio. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of your session without a refund.

7. Condition

Our studio offers a variety of backdrop options for your session. Please handle these surfaces with care to avoid damage. Any damage caused to the backdrops during your session will incur additional charges.

Additionally, our studio provides professional lighting, a makeup room, chairs, and other amenities. Any damage to the studio property will result in charges

8. Mirror

Our studio includes the magic mirror. Please do not touch or damage the mirror in any way. Any damage caused $5000 charges. We do not assume responsibility for damages caused by the mirror.

9. Prohibited

No Alcohol and No smoking in the studio. A $500 fine will be charged.

10. Cleaning Fee

Please, leave the studio space in the same condition as you found it. If the studio is left in an excessively messy or dirty state, a cleaning fee will be charged ($50-$100). To help maintain the cleanliness of our backdrops, we require all customers to clean their shoes thoroughly before entering the studio or bring a clean change of shoes. Additionally, we recommend bringing extra changeable clean shoes to avoid any potential dirt.

11. Pets

We are happy to accommodate your pet during your session. However, we ask that you notify us in advance and sign a pet policy. Please ensure that your pet is well-behaved and does not cause any damage to the studio.

12. Occupancy Policy

To ensure optimal working conditions for both our clients and staff, standard occupancy allows for up to 4 individuals. Each additional person, starting from the 5th individual, will incur a charge of $20. Please notify us in advance so we can make any necessary accommodations.

13. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in our studio. Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when you leave.

14. Result

From your professional shoot, you will get a minimum of 70% good shots. Since, many shots might not turn out well due to being out of focus or blurry, as you often move within the frame. And sometimes, it's challenging for our mirror to capture you due to your movement, and occasionally, our autofocus has difficulty tracking you. Please try pressing the shutter button once every 5 seconds for better results.

15. Damage Policy

In the event of any damage to studio equipment or facilities, the responsible party will be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacements. Any additional costs incurred due to damage will be the responsibility of the individual or group responsible for the occurrence. It is essential to report any damages promptly to assess and address the situation accordingly. The studio explicitly disclaims responsibility for any damages or physical harm resulting from the use of equipment.

By booking our studio and agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these cancellation terms.Best regards,
