We at Mirror Self-Portrait Photo Studio are committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients, and we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We strive to be flexible and accommodating to our clients' needs, and we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure a fair and reasonable process for all parties involved.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.

Methods of Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your booking via email or by calling us directly. We will promptly process your cancellation request upon receipt.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled date
  • No Refund: Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations eligible for a full refund will be processed back to the client's card within 4-7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your booking, please reply to the booking email or call us directly. We will promptly process your cancellation request and initiate the refund accordingly.

Rescheduling:

  • Booking changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance and can be processed through the booking email.

Emergency Situations:

  • In case of unforeseen emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

4. No Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled booking. However, in the event of a "no show" (failure to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation), the following policy will apply:

  • Definition:
    • A "no show" is defined as a failure to arrive for your scheduled booking without prior notice of cancellation.
  • Charges:
    • If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking and do not cancel it in advance, you will be charged the full rental fee for the booked period.
  • Cancellation:
    • To avoid being charged for a "no show," please ensure you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your booking via email or by calling us directly.
